[GreenKeys] Non-detergent oil for Teletype machines

Any of the ordinary gun oils such as the Outers brand just aren't in the
same class as this stuff.
With not too badly abused or neglected machines I clean first with stiff
bristled brush, Q-tips, etc. and "a lot" of WD-40. Be careful around those
little springs. WD-40 has no other use other than a cleaner that I'm aware
of. It certainly is an awful lubricant! Allow the WD to evaporate.
Then I liberally apply Tri-Flow which is made in this country by Krylon
Industrial. wipe off surplus. You can get it on line and sometimes at
True Value hardware stores or good bicycle shops.
