[GreenKeys] source for new 1" paper tape?

Somehow that method seem fraught with finger loss written all over
it. Wouldn't want you not to be able to count to ten anymore Don. At
the place I worked (Ampex/Quantegy Magnetic Tape Division) we had a
sample slitter that used single edge razor blades. Side by side with
a spacer between them equal to the desired width mounted at a 45
degrees angle so they sliced better. It wasn't paper tape and it
wasn't the length of a paper roll but with new blades each time it
did a pretty good job. Other possibility is that I believe I have
some slitter blades that I could send someone a set if they had the
expertise to make something to pull the tape and turn the blades. The
blades are round about 3 to 4" dia with a hole in the center and it
takes two mounted side by side against each other for each cut. How
wide are the rolls that you have? If I didn't have so much on my
plate I would take a stab at it.
Later,
