I'd expect no trouble soldering to them. You may need a tiny bit of
flux, or possibly some wire brushing if there's an y corrosion on the
tabs.

These appear to be the sort used for the Looping jacks in the small
63 C 1 switchboard I sent pictures of. Except they are TRS not TS
types.
I would look for some of the more complicated "SET" type jacks (I
don't have the switchcraft nomenclature) - the WE number is 438C from
the diagram. A small number of those may make your life nicer - and
establish the set of functions that the 63C1 switchboard has.
Do you have a 19 inch rack jack strip with phenolic for the material?
That would me most useful.
