Unless you are planning on making a lot of those boards you may want  
to just
use some of the PC boards that have the holes in them and copper between
some of the holes.  Radio Shack used to sell them years ago.  I don't  
know
if they still do or not.  The copper would usually include 3 to 5  
holes and
the spacing was the .1 inch that many ICs use.
