According to my information there is very little difference between  
the UGC-74A(Vmod) UGC-74B, and UGC-74C
The "C" Version has an adjunct module for secure transmission.  The  
rest of the machine seems the same as the 74B
I will try to find time to scan the manual for the UGC-74B/C  As this  
manual is not downloadable from LOGSA...

If you get a Page Not Found error, go into your browser setup, find
Security, and check Use TLS 1.0 in addition to SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 .   
Most browsers
default it off.  And some (IE 6 under W2K for one) will turn it off
periodically.  Early this year, LOGSA made a change that requires it.   
Also, ignore
the Security Certificate error if you get it.
