All that you actually need to enter for URL to get to LOGSA is
https://www.logsa.army.mil/etms/find_etm.cfm .

Also, in doing searches, don't enter the TM's level indicator (in this case
-10) unless you just specifically want only that one. In this particular
case, just enter 11-5815-602- (You can enter TM but it isn't necessary). Do
get in the habit of entering the final hyphen, though, as it will prevent
false finds in case there happened to be other unrelated equipment whose
specific ID is the same as what you want but with an additional digit (for
example 6021). If you enter "11-5815-602-10" you will only get the Operator's
manual and the Hand Receipt. However, in this particular case, the -10 is the
only one you are going to be able to download (well, you can also download
the -10-HR but it's of no particular value). The one that you want is the
-24 but it isn't Code A.

If you get a Page Not Found error, go into your browser setup, find
Security, and check Use TLS 1.0 in addition to SSL 2.0 and SSL 3.0 . Most browsers
default it off. And some (IE 6 under W2K for one) will turn it off
periodically. Early this year, LOGSA made a change that requires it. Also, ignore
the Security Certificate error if you get it.
