Hi All:

I answered my own question. Any standard metal pump type  
oil can that can fit over and push down the ball will work, 
if you cut a fine shallow slot across the nozzle of the can 
so that the oil can escape while pressed down onto the 
ball. If you don't cut that slot, the oil won't flow from 
the can because it is blocked by the ball.
