Probably all of the M14 and M28 typing reperforators are chadless.
Certainly the dozen of so that I've had are/were. If the tape were punched
through, portions of the tops or bottoms of the printed characters would be missing
(depending upon the exact registration of the tape and punch block versus
where the characters were printed).
