Krylon 3522 Italian Olive is a good match for fairly late Western Union
smooth olive green.  It's hard to match that color unless you have a
sample that has been protected, as it turns bluish when exposed to light
and air.

Earlier W.U. used a light olive green and a dark olive green; and I've
often wondered if they bought a bunch of paint surplus from World War I.
They seem like military colors.
