[GreenKeys] TT-76C Help/Repair

Just aquired a TT-76C to finish the missing tty gear in my AN/GRC 142-B
teletype shelter.  I cleaned and fixed the motor speed adjustment and it's
now running at the correct 3600rpm.  Tape feeds fine, all the keys respond
but the mechanism that selects the characters on the type wheel and the
pins that punch the tape are not working.  It seems the whole shaft that
turns these is stuck.  I am not sure if it's a function of the shaft being
stuck or something else not causing it to work.  The gear that powers the
shaft looks like it's trying to turn it.  looking for someone familiar
with these units.
