There's a bit more to dual diversity than just having two receivers. As
you might expect, signals are "acted upon" differently because of slight
path changes and so forth so some phase compensation is needed. As far as
computers are concerned I guess all I can say is that if you fear or avoid
them you are missing a really great addition to ham radio. I can honestly
say I get as much pleasure from my Software Defined Radios as I do from my
teletype machines---I value and enjoy them both! Bill, Roy, since I have
