Thank you to all who responded on this topic.  Of course I was too impatient
to wait for all the replies and went through the archives for this list
and found several hints.  In the end, I chose paper from here:

and ribbons from here:

the prices and shipping weren't bad from either outfit so I'm not out too
much if they don't work.

It appears that the ribbons do have the eyelets already installed and
earlier postings seemed to indicate that the Teletype model numbers
always listed with this brand and make of ribbon are incorrect since
they are models nobody has ever heard of :-)
