That is the Iron Horse alright.  We have two of them at the museum.   
Even more rare than the punch is the cover with copy holder.  We have  
one of those also.
However, it is not a Model 14.  I have the documentation to prove it.   
I am also told that there was a version with a few more electrical  
parts that you could plug in to 120 volts AC or DC.
