[GreenKeys] Does anyone know what this is?

It looks like a mobile LMR receiver.  There is a PL-259 antenna 
connector on the front.  The channel crystal is in the lower right 
corner on top of the chassis.  The large open area in the middle of the 
left side would be for a vibrator power supply.

This looks similar to the GE Pre-Prog radios that we got from the local 
power company back when I first got my ham license.  We converted them 
to 6M FM on 52.525MHz.  They were used by the power company,  but I 
recall many of them being marked "Bell System".  I do not recall what 
they had to do with the phone company.

Can you see any manufacturer label?  Although it looks similar to the GE 
it may be a different manufacturer (RCA maybe).

Nothing to do with Teletype.
