[GreenKeys] 28 "kit" progress...

Progress is "iffy" today... the Navy TT-47 manual I have is from
1950... and the Automatic Typer I have is from considerably more recent
than that (i.e. it's a "newer" type vs. the "original" type)... so many
(most) of the adjustment, etc. stuff in it doesn't match up... and some
cases entire sections of the auto-typer have been "redone' and parts are
no longer the same (measurements, spring tensions, etc.). While I've
gotten a suitable parts list; I need to get a copy of the "newer"
adjustments, etc... will buy a manual outright; pay for copy - or
borrow one and return it (I'll do the copying) - of course pay postage
both ways.

I've received quite a few questions / comments about the "toothpicks" I
mentioned... I'll post an updated page with pictures as soon as my flaky
host manages to get their act back together (yes we're completely off
line - between myself and several of our customers - more than 100
domains... (and not a few email handlers/accounts). Most of the time
they are reliable and fast - but when it does break - sheeeesh!

I still have a lot to do on the keyboard / base - etc. - so the manual
"issue" is only a detour - not a "halt" to the project. Again - thanks
for all of the comments and suggestions..!

best regards...
