[GreenKeys] paper tapes and rubber bands = bummer

Hey! Good point.  They don't need to be oiled to read them!  Duh...

I haven't had a chance to get back to this problem yet but other
suggestions I received included freezing the tape with the hope that
the rubber band goo becomes brittle and can be chipped off.  And then
numerous solvent suggestions including citrus "orange oil" based products.

Will try all of these and report back as soon as time permits.  I have
plenty of tapes to experiment on!  Nearly every one had a rubber band
around it that is now a sticky rubber splotch instead of a rubber band.
