[GreenKeys] paper tapes and rubber bands = bummer

I'm no expert on this, but I would think that the tape is oiled to protect the punches. Once the tape is cut, it wouldn't seem like the oiling would be necessary. If it were me, I wouldn't worry about using solvent to clean the tapes.
