Hi

At the moment it depends on which country you are in.. There have been  
a *lot* of posts about it. I'd rather not turn this into the eBay forum.

At this point all new sellers in the US must offer PayPal. In some  
countries they are trying to make PayPal the *only* way payment can be  
made.

My observation was simply a caution to anybody planning to bid on the  
auction.
