Could you clarify your statement a little please?

Are you saying that ebay REQUIRES       you to accept payment via PayPal ?

If so that is completely wrong - I never have, and never will accept 
payment via PayPal, although I do pay for items with it.

PayPal is another completely unregulated, non-banking money transfer scheme.

Inquiring minds want to know ???
