A pretty good overview of the Model 35 ASR.  Note a couple of things  
about the machine.

1.  It is an early production machine as it punches tape with the  
eighth level always marking, otherwise known as non-parity.
2. The machine has a non-typing reperforator.  This is very unusual  
for a Dial TWX machine. Most DTWX machines had typing reperforators
      If the customer did not want to pay for the typing on the tape  
feature it was disabled.
3.  Notice the card-dialer and the message indicator lamps for break  
and restraint...
