There is a BIG FLAP about the EEOC doing this.  The AARP is taking  
this ruling to the Supreme Court.

Methinks we may be doomed.

businesses do NOT have to pick up benefits after age 65 or retirement.  
Don't remember just what it was.  Sure makes us vulnerable to the  
insurance people who offer medigap insurance.  It's bad enuff as it is  
without having to pick up another policy costing $100-$175 a month.

WOndering what the ex-Bell co's will do the next contract or if they  
will wait that long to drop the hammer.
