What would it take to reverse the motor...flip the field leads??  A  
friend loaned, I still have them, books of industrial parts and that  
is how I got the belts for my AN/UGC-129.  They also have all variety  
of ratios with pulleys and shaft diameters.

There's no shortage of genius on this list.
