[GreenKeys] Speed Converter

Does anyone have or knows where I can find a manual for the Flesher TR 128 RTTY Speed Converter?   I have the schematics and board layouts but lack any instructions for setting up and operating.  Any help will be greatly appreciated: locate download, pay for manual etc.

There was a time when my machines were all 60 speed but now I have a mixture and would like to get this thing working.
