Pliobond... Neat stuff.
Strong as all get out and stays pliable. I have been using it since
the late 50s.
You can also get Pliobond on-line and in most larger Ace Hardward
stores.
It works especially well to repair old fiber terminal strips and some
very old circuit boards.
Thanks for reminding me of the aircraft padding.

I had some left over from my aircraft project, and completely relined
the
interior case of a 28ASR using the non-adhesive version with Pliobond
adhesive glue (also from Aircraft Spruce). Works great.
