Brooke,

I don't appear to have the TM and the one on LOGSA requires login priveleges 
to get at.  You can download the -20P parts list but it isn't like to be of 
much help by itself.

I can't answer but one of you questions, and that from knowledge of the 
nomenclature system, not the equipment you are interested in.  AN/UGM-1 is the 
nomenclature of the complete set.  TS-799/UGM-1 is the nomenclature of one of the 
individual components of the set.  If the TS-800 is TS-800/UGM-1, then it 
would be another individual component.  In the TM there will be a listing of all 
components of UGM-1, including besides the major items like TS-799 any cables, 
the manual, maybe some test adaptors, possibly a transit case that holds 
everything, etc.
