I like 32 and 33's.
 
Just thought I'd put in good word for them.  They are a different animal than 
15 or 28's.  I have worked on them all, but the trend was towards 32 and 33 
at Western Union.  In my own business in the 80's, it was mostly 33's.  
 
The lube info that has been listed is very good.  Many thanks to all who 
contributed.  
 
I still have some Teletype oil for my 32 and 33's.  I use Lubriplate on the 
gears and selector cam etc.  I believe the Teletype manual says "Renew the 
grease with a few drops of Teletype oil" in one of their manuals.  
 
Lately I have found a lot of dried grease in areas that cannot be easily 
disassembled.  I use "Breakaway".  It frees up the congealed grease well.  It does 
have a bad smell, but it will dissipate in few days.  You can get it at auto 
parts stores.
