[GreenKeys] AN/UGC-74B up and running...again

Howdy Folks,

I swapped out the "interface" module with one from a AN/UGC-74A.  The A 
model was retired whence it refused to work and at the urging of Jack Hart. 
The "A" module is the same as in the "B".

I fired up the "B" and it's working just fine now.  I too was worried 
there'd be more damage but, it appears all the protection afforded in that 
interface module did the job....not that a carbon path was part of the 
protection planning... LOL.

Gotta come up with a new S.O.P. for shutting down the shack....apparently 
disconnecting all antennae and opening both sides of the AC isn't enough.  I 
kinda wonder if it is the EMF collapsing after the hit is just plain induced 
into the equipment.  It's hard to get a good ground living on top of a 
mountain that's mostly rock.  Almost all the paging gear and LoJack in the 
tower bldg. got wasted too.
