Larry,
I hate to see these things shipped. I was hoping someone out there
in the Southwest could make a home for it. Model 32 ASRs are not
large... but I do not know how much room the SDSU library has left
for another machine. I will find out when I go out there again, but
I do not know when that will be. We also have used up all of the
funds for transportation and preservation and so are leaving a lot up
to the SDSU Library for preservation. Sadly they know very little
about Teletype equipment.
You are sure a kind person and I appreciate your continuing support.
Perhaps Wayne would be the person to get this machine as I know he
would like to preserve it. However, Wayne is in Vermont, which is a
very long way from Southern California.

Thanks. I was interested in it only for Don K9TTY and the Museum in
San Diego. For some reason i was thinking Los ALamitos was in the
bay area. Heck your just a few hours away for me. I'll be driving
over to the LA area later this month and could pick it up at that
time if need be.
I've CC'd Don to see if he is still interested in it. Could you hold
it for a couple weeks till i could get there? If he wants it that is.
