Acetone is a human waste by product, and when you look up reactivity of the 
human being, it appears almost comparable to water,  CO2,  ethyl alcohol  
C2H5OH, and several other items, are also listed as tolerant items to the human 
body.
 
I was surfing the web one day and ran across the tables for such items.  I 
was not greatly surprised at the listings as most of the items listed were 
natural output waste products of human life.
 
We exhale CO2, and ethyl alcohol, as well as acetone.  In detectable 
quantities.
