I hope I did not convince any one to go out and purchase Stoddart Solvent,
my intention was to convince every one that the stuff I had used successfully
in the past, was #1 diesel, and/or kerosene. (somewhat flammable though, so i
do not make sparks when using it, and when possible i use it when it is a cool
day) I use either almost interchangeably in my 10 gallon solvent bath cabinet.

and when I am completely finished with the stuff, and am ready to get rid of
it, i do so in any of several ways, depending on the time of year, and here
are the ways that i do that....

1. I filter it through a 0.5 micron highly sophisticated "FRANZ toilet
roll paper oil filter" and then use it as fuel in one of my industrial
diesel engines) or

2. Use it in my oil burning forced air space heater

3. Use it in a kerosene burning torpedo heater...

4. Keep it and reuse it some more as a solvent bath. I have noticed,
that when the solvent bath pan bottom becomes thick with dirt, is
the time to drain the tank through the toilet roll filter,
and then putty knife out the sludge, and burn it in the leaf and straw
pile.

OH... the blue nitril gloves are a must, but put on a pair of the clear
plastic gloves you pick up at subway shops, just in case the outer gloves fail. I
am getting less forgiving in my old age.
