[GreenKeys] Unknown military converter identification help.

I am trying to identify this converter as ID plates were missing. It 
seems to be a Navy IF type converter. I have the outer case it but 
doesn't help in identification either. When I find out what it is 
then I will then be looking for a copy of the manual. Any help would 
be appreciated.
