I thought so - but after talking with John a couple of days ago - I
wasn't so sure.

You're right - I would have assumed that the shift in them would be like
the shift in the "standard" 28 - which could shift anytime... -- at
least mine could- I really figured they were all the same... That's nice
to know - as I would have assumed that the shift was the same - and
could eventually be moved to a "standard" 28.

I did know about the keyboard and other "tempest" changes to the 77. For
one thing - looks like they would be difficult for a "ham-fisted" person
like myself to work on... everything is soooo jammed together. I'm sure
Sherry and I will want to trick out whatever we get - and it looks like
the 77s could very difficult to add things to. They're getting less
attractive by the minute - in fact the "new" or "Like new" is the only
thing that still has our attention - that is nice... but then again- we
are talking about 28s. With any care they last nearly forever...

I'd been "cautioned" about the need for really good packing - so pick-up
was already in the plan. My wife's niece lives in up that way - so we
figured on going by and visiting with her on (crashing for the night is
more likely).

Not to mention floor tax - and in a house as small and old as this one -
that's not insignificant.

Thanks for all the info... we're still chewing options (and again - I
must say - there are some VERY nice people here on Greenkeys!!!!).

best regards...
