[GreenKeys] Glass or plexiglass

Interesting stuff.  I always thought 28's had real glass in them.  Of course 
32 and 33's always had plastic.  The Teletype name is Lid w/Window.  I have 
had some Plexiglas cut to size and glued them into the lid with fairly good 
success except the paper doesnt tear off quite as well.
