Hey Jack;
Assuming that Millenium works like the other versions:
o Mouse down to the lower left corner of the desktop and click on START.
o Slide up the menu to RUN. Click on RUN.
o Enter TASKMGR in the space provided.
o Select APPLICATIONS. Do you see anything running that you don't expect?
It might help to close the utilities that you don't need running and
see if the machine is acting squirrely.
o Select PROCESSES. Under CPU do you see anything eating cycles?
o Select PERFORMANCE. How busy does it say under CPU USAGE HISTORY?
o Select NETWORKING. Is anything hammering your computer?
