Thanks for the recommendation.  I don't currently have a copy of the book. 
However, I do have some military (and other) teletype manuals.  To see some 
of these, go to our web page, look for "Searching for Books" on the 1st 
page. Go to the keyword search, click on BOOK SEARCH and then enter 
"teletype" as a keyword.  You'll see the manuals that we have listed on 
ABEBOOKS.  Books can be ordered through ABEBOOKS or directly from us.  I 
also have a number of other teletype manuals that I haven't gotten around to 
entering on ABE, so if there is any specific model of interest, let me know.
