The first is offered by Rainy Day Books in Canada.

You might also try Bequaert Books:

http://www.beqbooks.com/

Bequaert Old Books, PO Box 775, Fitzwilliam, NH 03447-0775
Ph:(603)585-3448 Fax:(603)585-9108
e-mail: info at beqbooks.com

Interesting note: Bequaert Books is in Fitzwilliam NH and specializes in
technical and electronic books. They USED to be known as Rainy Day Books
but changed their name some time ago, possibly due to conflict with the
Canadian place.

I took a look at his website but did not find a telegraphy category. I
have copied them on this message. If no results in a while, I suggest you
send an email. He does maintain a wanted list for customers looking for
particular items.

Roy
A happy customer of theirs.
