For those of you that can't keep all the military TT numbers straight, the
TT-117 was a deluxe TT-98. (The TT-98 was a "fixed" version of the "field"
model TT-4 page printer.)

The TT-179 was a "fixed", deluxe version of the TT-76 reperforator (but
without a keyboard).

The TT-117 & TT-178 together, comprised the AN/FGC-25 (also -26 & -57).

(All made by Kleinschmidt)

All these numbers are pretty confusing (I had to look them up to make
sure). I started to put together a cross-reference of all the military TTY
model numbers, just for my own use. But when I get it done, maybe we can
post it on one of the TTY websites for everyone's use. ( I know that there
are some sites that list most of the military model numbers, but they often
don't have the number I am looking for, or the descripion is lacking.)
