The "platform" is 14 inches square with a flat top.
The reperf sits on top, positioned on four "locating pins".
The height from the floor to the top of the platform
is 7 inches. The legs are made of metal angle that's 1- 1/2 inches
wide, on a side. The wheels are about 1 1/4-inches in diameter and
are
the kind with a stem that plugs into a socket (just like some
furniture wheels). This entire dolly could be built from
materials available at Home Depot or Lowes.
