My comment was apparently unclear.  I think the fee is just fine and 
reasonable.
Its the postal systems that would make me nervous if I only had a 7 
days for
mail between Washington state and Canada to make a round trip.
30 days is much more reasonable.

The t hing is that you can get a nice copy done in a week and have

way back to him.
