I have info on the RMCA AR-8505. This is a TRF LV/VLF marine receiver with 
octal tubes used on ships.  It was also known as the military RAZ..  If 
this is anything like what you have, I'll be glad to forward the info I have.

WJ Ford in Canada has a manual for the AR-8506B receiver. He only RENTS 
manuals for $10 a week:
