[GreenKeys] OT!: telephone switching question

Hello all again,
thanks to everyone who has given me pieces with which to solve this mystery! I will certainly contact telephonecollectors.org sounds just like the right place. I didn't have my camera last night or I would have sent a picture of the unit. Here is the unit (got the camera this am)

As you can see, this unit does look a lot like a strowger, but indeed has only 3 wafers (3 sets of contacts) containing 10 positions each.
