Eugene,

I've no idea what it was made for, and I don't have any.  But it might 
slightly increase your chances of getting someone to realize that they might have 
some if I say that it is Navy.  CRY is C. P. Clare & Co.  And 29nnn is the Navy 
Type Number group for relay units, audio, power, control and R.F.
