Additional digits required depending upon where in the world you are calling
from. For example, unless it has changed (I haven't needed to call anyone in
the UK in several years) to call his office in the UK from here in the US you
would dial 011 then 44 (the country code for the UK), skip the 0 and then dial
the rest of the digits. To call his US cell phone from here, you would start
from the 1. From the UK it would be 01. Etc.
