Dear RD,

Someone via eBay (who is currently out of the country) is sending me  
a sample print hammer head (NOS).  When I get it, I will send the  
M32,33,38 print hammer and the M28, 35, 37 reperforator print hammer  
head to a company in North Carolina who will give me a quotation on  
reproducing these parts.  I also plan on having my son take photos of  
me replacing the thingy so y'all can benefit from my experience.

The plastic piece on the end of the type hammer arm (I'm sure there's  
a proper name for this part) in the perforator broke after just a bit  
of use.  I'm told that this is common since the part has become  
brittle with age.

I'd like to use the perforator again so I'm writing to ask if anyone  
has any leads or suggestions for a replacement.
