Tim,
You need the Western Union Maintenance Guide for Model 28 and 35
machines.
It is available for download at http://www.rtty.com
If I remember correctly you need to use an FTP program to download it.
Or
If you send me $5.00 I can mail you a CD-ROM with a complete single
PDF file and all of the separate files recorded on it.
