Larry, I was just comparing it with the Creed device at RAF Henlow as on 
my web site at:
http://www.samhallas.cwc.net/henlow/10_morse_keyboard.jpg
and see, as you remark, that it's very different. The keyboard looks a 
bit similar, but there the resemblance ends.
