Thanks....yes, mine come up on 129-130. I'm told the clutch is 120 VAC so I
can handle all this now.
My schematic is of the machine without the cross connects. I cleaned out
the "rat's nest" of wire and went back to installing per the schematic. My
BSP's didn't show the cross connecting on the "C" strip.
One concept I've always had trouble with is the way TTY Corp intermixes 120
VAC with the rest of the machine. I'm used to telco equipment and the
avoidence of 120 AC near their circuits. With TTY you can find 120 on the
same strip as the DC circuits !!
OK, thanks again folks....pix up on the site when she's
finished...hopefully, this weekend. There's incredible satisfaction when
you fire up this old derelict, rotate the range finder and she starts
printing W1AW perfectly.
