My friends,

A while back I sold one of my two like new WUTco 28ASRs to a nice  
gentleman somewhere here in the midwest.
I have forgotten his name.  It seems I am forgetting many things  
these days.
Anyway, the nice man came up here and we packed up the Western Union  
28 ASR and he took it home.

Both the ASR I sold him (I had paid for it, or it would have been  
free) and mine here had the same problem running open.
I am not familiar with WUTco electrical service units.  He was able  
to repair his.  I would like him to let me know what he did so I can  
get my 28ASR on-line.
