You know, looking that 68th birthday in the face, and seeing that shadow
with a paunch and not being able to lift a bag of portland cement any more
don't seem quite so bad when I hear you fellows complain about not being
able to get parts. I can still at least maintain what my xyl calls the
"radio junk" since I do still have 88 mh toroids and those from Elliot
Buchanan himself! And I can pull out little plastic boxes that do have a
few 709s as well as 741s! I have to be thankful for little things! I even
have my old TU with the black walnut base that was built into a polar relay
case. But, I'll bet Don House has one, too!
