Most likely from one of our resource sites, I got a digital copy of:

TELETYPEWRITER MAINTENANCE TOOLS
Section 570-005-800TC
Issue  6 August 1977

in the form of the file toolbook.pdf.  It is some 2+ Mb in size.

I have emailed it to Don, and can also send it to someone who has a site to 
post it on in case it's not on RTTY.com or somewhere else.
